I love the hair and legs, but I must agree with lostsenshivulcan- I think the "horse boobs" are a little odd.... and I personally think that the horse has no shoulders.
But you're done and I'm sorry you don't like it, though I'm prettie sure the commissioner will.
Surely one of the best drawings I've seen of the winged horse in a long time.
